  • Priyanka Narra

    Principle Product Manager @Volvo Cars

Mieko has a strong product mindset and shows a deep commitment to understanding real user and business challenges.

She has an exceptional ability to simplify complexity in a way that makes decision-making easier.

She has helped the team think and plan more strategically with her structured value‑vs‑feasibility approach that clarified what we should focus on and why. She has also helped define OKRs and KPIs for the team, linking ongoing initiatives to measurable outcomes.

Mieko’s influence spans beyond any single project. Her contributions have truly helped move us forward.

  • Paya Do

    Expert UX Designer @Volvo Cars

Mieko proactively creates learning opportunities for the organization, notably by organizing AI UX events that sparked meaningful cross-team conversations.

She is also an exceptional cross-team collaborator. Mieko took the initiative to provide detailed examples for my Data Visualization project, going above and beyond without being asked.

On a personal level, Mieko is a joy to work with. She communicates with warmth and respect, treats everyone with kindness, and maintains a remarkable work ethic and positive attitude, even during periods when health challenges made things difficult. She never complains; she simply delivers.

  • Erik Ljungqvist

    Senior Product Manager @Epidemic Sound

Mieko is a very accomplished Product Designer. She has a curious attitude, is never afraid of challenging status quo, always asks the right questions and has a real passion for understanding the users. Besides from that, it is a delight to have Mieko in your team as she contributes with a lot of positive energy.

I would sincerely recommend Mieko to any future employers!
