Originally from Japan, I am a banker-turned-UX designer.
As a designer, I value research and making design decisions based on data. I truly believe that understanding the problem from a holistic view, solving it with empathy & team work is essential to any project. I also love experimenting and trying out new methods. I am always looking for feedback and ways to improve the way I work.
Outside of work, I love cats, looking after house plants, and a karaoke night sometimes! I am also a mum of three.

Some random facts about me:
I love travelling. One of my favourite trip was when I took my 1 year old daughter to Malawi.
I hate running but I make myself run 10km in Tjejmilen every year.
Without fail, I get along well with people who like Hayao Miyazaki films.
Latest Creations
My recent creations are mostly for/with my daughter - such as embroidering name on gloves (and yet she manages to loose them..), dyeing easter eggs, Halloween mummy sausage rolls, Totoro in snow.
I started my career as a jewellery designer and I still create a lot of my own jewelleries.
